Michael "Mike" M. Pangilinan, Siuala ding Meangubie, is a culture bearer from Indung Kapampangan (Pampanga), an active member of the Aguman Sulat Kapampangan. He is an active member of the Pampanga Arts Guild and currently a volunteer secretary for the Subcommission on Cultural Communities and Traditional Arts (SCCTA) Region III - Kapampangan - Tagalog- Zambales Cluster of the National Committee on Northern Cultural Communities (NCNCC) of the NCCA. He is a Kapampangan language translator and editor and research consultant of the Kapampangan language, history and culture, who has been submitting his presentation papers on the Kapampangan language and has been consistently selected to be a part of prestigious international linguistic conferences.
